Our team completed the adaptive reuse of a former Mexican restaurant into a new 8,205-square-foot bank headquarters. The project required a complete redevelopment of both the exterior and interior, along with structural modifications and system upgrades, to deliver a modern and functional facility.

On the exterior, the building underwent a full transformation. The existing EIFS system was refinished, and new ACM panels and decorative metal wall panels were installed to create a sleek, contemporary appearance. A new drive-thru lane and canopy were also added to support the client’s banking operations and improve customer convenience.

The interior work began with a complete demolition of the existing restaurant layout. To achieve a more open environment, a new layout was designed with higher ceilings, and additional steel structure was introduced to supplement the existing wood-framed building. High-end finishes were incorporated throughout, including LVT flooring, a solid surface and stone reception desk, and custom teller pod desks. Architectural features such as a wood slat wall at the entry and all-glass office fronts were added to maximize natural light and transparency, reinforcing the modern aesthetic.

This project demonstrates a complete transformation and repurpose of an existing structure into a state-of-the-art commercial facility. Through structural upgrades, detailed finish work, and a complete reimagining of the space, this project successfully delivered a new bank headquarters that reflect the client’s brand identity and supports the operational needs of a growing financial institution.
