The Shoppes at Branson Hills is a large retail development that was constructed over the course of several years in the Branson area.  Q & Company partnered with St. Louis Developer Raul Walters Properties for construction of a phase of the development, which included multiple projects within the Shoppes at Branson Hills totaling 27,000 square feet of retail space.  These projects were completed using the design/bid/build delivery method.

During the construction of these buildings, Q & Company worked closely with Raul Walters Properties, Archimages (Project Architect) and the tenants to ensure the spaces were constructed to meet their needs.  Q & Company provided some clients with complete infill and other spaces were left unfinished to meet the future tenants’ specific needs.  Projects completed in the retail development by Q & Company were Pier One, Ulta Beauty, Aspen Dental and Mattress Firm.  All these projects were constructed of structural steel and CMU structures with storefront entries and typical retail interior finishes.
