The Arc of the Ozarks at Elfindale Place was completed in March 2016. Q & Company became involved in the project in May 2015 during the schematic design phase to develop a budget to renovate an existing three-story office building. Q & Company’s pre-construction services included updating estimates based upon the latest drawings and potential products, feasibility study of a full building fire sprinkler system, evaluation of the exterior window systems and the bidding, contracting and oversite of the complete gutting of the interior of the existing building.

The building houses the Rivendale Institute of Learning & Center for Autism which includes nine classrooms, kitchen/lunchroom and three special assessment rooms. The building also contains a large community/multi-purpose room, nine conference rooms, fifty-one private offices and four open office areas. In addition to the renovations to the main building a new maintenance/storage building and special needs playground was constructed just north of the existing building
