The Ransin – O’Reilly office building was completed in the summer of 2017 for developers Tim O’Reilly and David Ransin. Q & Company became involved in the project in January 2016 during the schematic design phase to help develop a realistic budget based upon the rustic modern concept for the two-story building. Q & Company’s preconstruction services included updated estimates based upon design development drawings and potential products, extensive site exploration to establish building and utility elevations to avoid costly rock excavation. Simultaneously with building construction, Q & Company also managed the bidding, contracting and oversite of approximately one-half mile of public sanitary sewer to provide service for the facility, a residential sub-division and four additional commercial lots adjacent to the site.

The building is the national headquarters for O’Reilly Hospitality Management, the law offices of O’Reilly – Preston, Bigler Law and Ransin Injury Law. Amenities include a multipurpose community/training room, test kitchen, seven conference rooms, twenty-two private offices, four open office spaces, a bike shop/exercise area with showers, two exterior patios and a rooftop deck/pavilion.
